Executive chef Joe Pane is a graduate of the acclaimed Culinary Institute of America and a former food stylist for The Food Network. He’s known for cooking with seasonal ingredients, infusing foods with fresh herbs, making soups with homemade stock and delighting residents with a culturally diverse menu.
Imagine a chicken cutlet lightly pan-sautéed, topped with a Jersey tomato bruschetta and served over olive oil-tossed arugula. Now picture a tenderloin of beef seared to seal in the juices, sliced and plated with a homemade Cabernet demi-glace.
